• RODESCO S.A is the data controller.

• Personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

  • To request the deletion of the data concerning you.
  • To data portability and to receive a copy of it.

• In case of dispute, the Courts of LIEGE – Division LIEGE shall have exclusive jurisdiction and only Belgian law shall apply.
